AV’s ‘moor challenge’ got us back to Dartmoor in what didn’t seem like the obvious choice weather wise…
Saturday was crispy clear and windy, with ‘feel like’ temperatures of -7C, and on the top of Lynch Tor it definitely felt cold.
The view were magnificent, the kids were pushing bravely on, carrying their heavy purple bags and the forecast for Sunday was gloomy …
Sunday was foggy and wet indeed , and the high-visibility, backpack covers looked very impressive adding bit of colour to the bleakness around..
